Abstract：This paper concisely discusses the origin, characteristic and the relationship with the industrial development.It analyzes the situation, difficulties and problems that Shandong province confronted during the adjustment of the industrial structure.On the base of this, we put forward the steps that we should take to prove the industrial development and adjustment of structure in the know ledge-economy era.All the steps are as follows:carry out the high-tech industry in large-scale;rebuild the traditional industry with the high-tech;carry out the modern agriculture in large-scale;increase the open strategy to make use of the useful situation of global-economy;quicken the structure of know ledge-innovation structure and accelerate the foster, indraught of intellect.
